Shridhar Thathachary leads the Company’s financial strategy and stewardship with a perspective shaped by experience across aerospace, telecom, technology, and diversified conglomerates. His career is distinguished by its breadth — combining strong financial leadership with deep exposure to business operations and people management.

Before joining Sigma, Shridhar was General Manager at Godrej Telecom, handling operations, business development, and team leadership. He also held an executive role at the UB Group, gaining exposure to large, multi-sector businesses spanning beverages, chemicals, and fertilizers.

Shridhar holds a Master of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai.
